Real-time ETAs

A real delivery time, before they even order.

ETAs come from your drivers' actual queue and live traffic, and they stay current until the order reaches the door.

  1. On the menu. Shoppers see when it will arrive before they add anything to the cart.

  2. On the board. Every stop's ETA recalculates when orders move or a delivery is completed.

  3. In their texts. Customers get their ETA when the driver heads their way, and dispatch sends an update in one tap if it changes.

How each ETA is built

  • Every driver is checked at once, from where each will really be, with live traffic. The fastest route sets the ETA.
  • If a route can't be computed, the window comes from how long your recent deliveries nearby actually took.
  • After checkout, stops re-time as each delivery completes, and drift from the texted ETA is flagged on the board.
